Namaste! I'm Tamara, the traveling yogi.

Yoga is a self-healing practice that doesn't need four walls or even a roof. Working to create accessibility for everyone, I enjoy offering classes outdoors and on the beach as much as possible!

The physical and mental benefits of yoga in nature are astounding.

Won't you join me in the breeze for some relaxation?

You can also contact me for private lessons, bachelorette or birthday parties or  even company events at your business or beach house/rental property.

STACY SMITH

Stacy’s yoga introduction started in her early years practicing with her mother and grandparents at their health food store. She worked along side her mother at her health and wellness center and eventually started competing for the NPC (National Fitness Competition). In 2018 Stacy suffered a fractured neck, changing her life and brought her back to where she started; on her mat. Stacy found her home in the practice of Ashtanga Yoga. She holds a 200 hour yoga alliance certification and is trained in Ashtanga Yoga, Rocket Yoga, Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, and Kriya Yoga.

"As a yoga teacher it is my calling to cultivate healing for people from all walks of life. This includes finding balance from within through the power of the interrelationship between one’s physical health and the state of one’s mind or spirit. I cannot wait to share the benefits of this practice with you as it has brought me into a life full of more humility, joy, inspiration and healthy habits. Let’s work together to strengthen our mind-body connection and mindful awareness!”
